The truth is always true. Lies can only last for a moment. This is why God cannot be mocked. His Word is flawless. There are counterfeit ideas that challenge and many times use a little truth and mix it with a lot of lies. But truth crushed to Earth will always rise again. Moses and Pharaoh's magicians with the staff of snakes, it was Moses snake that ate the fake snakes. Daniel and his friends challenged the wise of Babylon with eating pulse and water. While the others ate whatever they wanted and truth showed in the end by Daniel and his friends being stronger than there peers. Esther for such a time as this stood up for the people of God telling the truth. Very well almost losing her life. But in the end the lies fell on Haman and truth vindicated Esther before the King. So, you cannot fool God, so don't make a fool of yourself! You will harvest what you plant. If you follow your selfish desires, you will harvest destruction, but if you follow the Spirit, you will harvest eternal life. God's eternal power and character cannot be seen. But from the beginning of creation, God has shown what these are like by all he has made. That's why those people don't have any excuse. The words of the LORD are flawless, like silver refined in a furnace, like gold purified sevenfold. Lies can last for a moment, but the Word of God never comes back in void. His Word will do its purpose and break any glass lie into pieces. So powerful and true through all the ages and times past and into all eternity is truth of Gods word. Its crushes every idol in its path, every lie cast to the ground as filth and dust. No matter what man devices with evil scheme and planning. The truth of Gods Word is sharper than any two edged sword cutting between soul and spirit, between joint and marrow. It exposes our innermost thoughts and desires. Nothing in all creation is hidden from God. Everything is naked and exposed before his eyes, and he is the one to whom we are accountable. If your living a lie against Gods word. The truth of Gods word is coming for you and your heart. To the wicked there is no rest. Those who practice sin and disobedience and call it good. Have the heavy weight of truth bearing down on them in judgment. The truth of Gods word is that strong, so strong that even the rocks will cry out with providence or miracle. Out in the open wisdom calls aloud, she raises her voice in the public square; on top of the wall she cries out, at the city gate she makes her speech: How long will you who are simple love your simple ways? How long will mockers delight in mockery and fools hate knowledge? Repent at my rebuke! Then I will pour out my thoughts to you, I will make known to you my teachings. But since you refuse to listen when I call and no one pays attention when I stretch out my hand, since you disregard all my advice and do not accept my rebuke, I in turn will laugh when disaster strikes you; I will mock when calamity overtakes you—when calamity overtakes you like a storm, when disaster sweeps over you like a whirlwind, when distress and trouble overwhelm you. “Then they will call to me but I will not answer; they will look for me but will not find me, since they hated knowledge and did not choose to fear the LORD. Since they would not accept my advice and spurned my rebuke, they will eat the fruit of their ways and be filled with the fruit of their schemes. For the waywardness of the simple will kill them, and the complacency of fools will destroy them; but whoever listens to me will live in safety and be at ease, without fear of harm.”
