Proverbs of a 40 yr. old man

The LORD willingly forgives, and His Love is always there for those who pray to Him. He offers forgiveness, that we might learn to fear Him, with reverence, to serve Him. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness. Moses writes this about the righteousness that is by the law: “The person who does these things will live by them.” But the righteousness based on faith which produces a right relationship with Christ says the following: “DO NOT SAY IN YOUR HEART, ‘WHO WILL ASCEND INTO HEAVEN?’ that is, to bring Christ down; or, ‘WHO WILL DESCEND INTO THE ABYSS?’ that is, to bring Christ up from the dead as if we had to be saved by our own efforts, doing the impossible.” But what does it say? “THE WORD IS NEAR YOU, IN YOUR MOUTH AND IN YOUR HEART”—that is, the word the message, the basis of faith which is preached- because if you acknowledge and confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord recognizing His power, authority, and majesty as God, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart a person believes in Christ as Savior resulting in their justification that is, being made righteous—being freed of the guilt of sin and made acceptable to God; and with the mouth they acknowledge and confess their faith openly, resulting in and confirming their salvation. For the Scripture says, “WHOEVER BELIEVES IN HIM "whoever adheres to, trusts in, and relies on Him Christ WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED in their expectations of forgiveness and grace. Jew and Gentile are the same in this respect. They have the same LORD, who gives generously to all who call on him. For “Everyone who calls on the name of the LORD Jesus will be saved.” Where is another God like you, who pardons the guilt of the remnant, overlooking the sins of his special people? You will not stay angry with your people forever, because you delight in showing unfailing love. Once again you will have compassion on us. You will trample our sins under your feet and throw them into the depths of the ocean! You will show us your faithfulness and unfailing love as you promised to our ancestors Abraham and Jacob long ago.
