Prince Of Peace series. I want to take you on a journey of my heart for God. I feel led in my spirit to compare the story of Moses delivering Israel to the deliverance of Jesus saving the world. I am going to take it nice and slow and each day share with you what the LORD puts on my heart. Today is Part 1 Born a slave. Born a human being.
Born a slave. Born a human being. Mud...Sand...Water...Straw...Faster! Mud...And lift...Sand...And pull! Water...And raise up...Straw...Faster! With the sting of the whip on my shoulder. With the salt of my sweat on my brow. Elohim, God on high Can you hear your people cry? Help us now in this dark hour! Imagine with me the suffering of slavery the people of Israel suffered under the hand of the Pharoah in Egypt. Generations born into this life of slavery. Thats all they know, far gone are the days of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. Though Joseph was promoted to second over all of Egypt. Things were changing and people of Israel grew in number in this foreign land. Stop here and now think about the human race. So many people are born and die each day in this world. All they know is what they have been through. Whether by culture, nation, or creed, people are born and scattered throughout this whole earth. From one man God created all the nations throughout the whole earth. He decided beforehand when they should rise and fall, and he determined their boundaries. “His purpose was for the nations to seek after God and perhaps feel their way toward him and find him, though he is not far from any one of us. Amen. We are all born slaves to this world and live everyday trying to understand our purpose and meaning. For everything in the world, the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, comes not from the Father but from the world. So also, whether Jews or Gentiles, when we were spiritually immature, were kept like slaves under the elementary man-made religious or philosophical teachings of the world. All of us used to live that way, following the passionate desires and inclinations of our sinful nature. By our very nature we were subject to God’s anger, just like everyone else. Amen. Work...Pain...Pay...Struggle...Faster! Work...And lift...Suffer...And Carry! Fight...And raise up...Work...Faster! These are the cries of people's hearts today as they live lives being slaves to this world and its ways. Like Moses, born to deliver Israel, praise God Jesus was born to save humanity from this empty way of living. To deliver us from the evil way of thinking. He came not to be served but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many. But when the fullness of time had come, God sent forth his Son, born of woman, born under the law, to redeem those who were under the law, so that we might receive adoption as sons. And because you are sons, God has sent the Spirit of his Son into our hearts, crying, “Abba! Father!” So, you are no longer a slave, but a son, and if a son, then an heir through God. For everyone who has been born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world, our faith. The grace of God has appeared, bringing salvation for all people, training us to renounce ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright, and godly lives in the present age, waiting for our blessed hope, the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ, who gave himself for us to redeem us from all lawlessness and to purify for himself a people for his own possession who are zealous for good works. Amen! Jesus is coming back again to deliver us fully from this broken world. He died for us so that we could live for Him. He has delivered us from an empty life of sin and shame. Redeemed us to live a life free from the rat race of this world. And to live for a Kingdom He has prepared for us, a new heaven and a new earth. Jesus has saved His people from their sins, and He will lead us to Promised land of Heaven. Every day is a journey through the wilderness, but it's a day closer to where we shall see Him face to face in all His Glory! Born a slave. Born a human. Raised to life to bring many sons to glory! Part 2 to be continued.... A Supernatural life in ordinary man.
