Proverbs of a 41 yr. old man

The greatest gift you can give someone is the Holy Spirit. Peter and John looked at him intently, and Peter said, “Look at us!” The lame man looked at them eagerly, expecting some money. But Peter said, “I don’t have any silver or gold for you. But I’ll give you what I have. In the name of Jesus Christ the Nazarene, a get up and walk!” Amen. The Apostle Paul said to Timothy, "Do not neglect the spiritual gift within you, that special endowment which was intentionally bestowed on you by the Holy Spirit through prophetic utterance when the elders laid their hands on you at your ordination. Amen. You cannot buy the Holy Spirit. He is a free gift of God's grace and presence through faith in Christ. And because you are sons, God has sent the Spirit of his Son into our hearts, crying, “Abba! Father!” Do you not know that you are God's temple and that God's Spirit dwells in you? Amen. Through the power of the Spirit of Christ in us we are being transformed. This means that anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person. The old life is gone; a new life has begun! We always carry around in our body the death of Jesus, so that the life of Jesus may also be revealed in our body. Grace and peace be yours in abundance through the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord. By his divine power, God has given us everything we need for living a godly life. We have received all of this by coming to know him, the one who called us to himself by means of his marvelous glory and excellence. Amen. We have the gift of Christ in us the hope of glory! Let us not grieve the Holy Spirit but stay in relationship with Jesus daily. And let us not quench the power of Holy Spirit that is working in our hearts and lives day and night. We quench that power working in us because of love for sin and slack. But be encouraged that the LORD never stops working. The power of the blood holds! We have a gift to share with the world and that's the wonder working power of God working in the hearts of mankind. Even when we don't see it, He's working, even when I don't feel it, He is working, and He never stops, and will never stop working. Being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus. Amen. May the LORD use us as His instruments of righteousness. Ready to be poured out as an offering for our great God. A living sacrifice for all to see a Holy fervent passion burning in us! Oh, that I may light a torch of holy passion in others who are in a dark, dry and weary place.
