God alone is just, and it is only through His Word that we learn what justice is. It is through his guidance that people will rule in justice. Only as we represent God's truth can we dispense true justice. God's character is the standard for all true justice, and it revealed through the Scriptures. We must read the Bible to know God and know how to live justice, righteousness, and truth. Only love can administer justice the way God would. We all want justice in life, we think, but we don't really. What we want is mercy. In a sinful and broken world where we hurt each other all the time, it's good to know that goodness and mercy follow us every day of our lives. For he knows how weak we are; he remembers we are only dust. Our days on earth are like grass; like wildflowers, we bloom and die. The wind blows, and we are gone— as though we had never been here. But the love of the LORD remains forever with those who fear him. His salvation extends to the children’s children of those who are faithful to his covenant, of those who obey his commandments! The LORD has established his throne in heaven, and his kingdom rules over all. Praise the LORD, you his angels, you mighty ones who do his bidding, who obey his word. Yes, praise the LORD, you armies of angels who serve him and do his will! Praise the LORD, everything he has created, everything in all his kingdom. Let all that I am praise the LORD.
