Reflecting His Love

Good morning Brothers. Happy Thursday. Summer break is almost here! God loves you. I love you. Take a moment to reflect on this past year. How has God been good to you? When the trumpets sounded, the army shouted, and at the sound of the trumpet, when the men gave a loud shout, the wall collapsed; so everyone charged straight in, and they took the city.(Joshua 6:20). Let’s sing, Hark! 'tis the Shepherd's voice I hear, Out in the desert dark and drear, Calling the sheep who've gone astray, Far from the Shepherd's fold away. Bring them in, Bring them in, Bring them in from the fields of sin, Bring them in, Bring them in, Bring the wanderers to Jesus! Today’s verse is from Matthew 25:31-32. When the Son of Man comes in his glory, and all the angels with him, he will sit on his glorious throne. All the nations will be gathered before him, and he will separate the people one from another as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats. It's not enough to appear good on the outside-what matters is whether we are following God in our hearts. God is real and Jesus is coming back. This truth should compel us to shine His light, share His story, and live a life of love. As Jesus calls us to reflect His love, we must ask: are we living as his sheep, obedient to His voice and showing love to others as He has shown to us? Or are we living as goats serving ourselves! Serving others, especially those in need, is a way to follow Jesus and honor Him. Our actions toward the least of these are ultimately acts of service to Jesus Himself. Challenge: Talk to one person about the love of Jesus today. God loves you. Have a blessed day.
