Good morning Brothers. Happy Friday. Praise God for bringing you to the end of another week. God loves you. I love you. Thank God for another day to seek his grace and forgiveness. God is good all the time! And all the time God is Good! Then David and all the men with him took hold of their clothes and tore them. They mourned and wept and fasted till evening for Saul and his son Jonathan, and for the army of the Lord and for the nation of Israel, because they had fallen by the sword.(2 Samuel 1:11-12). Let’s sing, Sound the battle cry, See! the foe is nigh; Raise the standard high For the Lord; Gird your armor on, Stand firm, every one, Rest your cause upon His holy word. O Thou God of all, Hear us when we call, Help us, one and all, By Thy grace; When the battle's done, And the victory won, May we wear the crown Before Thy face. Rouse, then, soldiers! rally round the banner! Ready, steady, pass the word along; Onward, forward, shout aloud hosanna! Christ is Captain of the mighty throng. Today’s verse is from John 15:4. Remain in me, as I also remain in you. No branch can bear fruit by itself; it must remain in the vine. Neither can you bear fruit unless you remain in me. If we want to live lives that point to, glorify, and magnify God we must stay connected to Him. It's not about a legalistic submission, but trusting the One who loves to give us life. He is our greatest connection. So consider how God might be calling you to draw closer to Him. What steps will you take in order to stay connected to Him? Today, share your Bible verse with a friend, you’ll be showing them how to know and connect with God! God loves you. Have a blessed day.
