The Gift of Giving

Good morning Brothers, Happy Tuesday! Thank God for waking you up this morning. God loves you. I love you. Take a moment to praise God for something he has done for you this year. Give a friend or loved one a call and pray with them or for them. Tomorrow isn’t promised but God will hear and answer your prayers. This is a day you are to commemorate; for the generations to come you shall celebrate it as a festival to the Lord a lasting ordinance.(Exodus‬ ‭12‬:‭14‬). Let’s sing, All creatures of our God and King, Lift up your voice with us and sing: Alleluia! Alleluia! O burning sun with golden beam. And silver moon with softer gleam: Oh, praise Him! Oh, praise Him! Alleluia, alleluia, alleluia! Today’s verse is from Luke 6:38. Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you. Practicing this habit will remind you that you are not in control, but you know the One who is in control-and He can provide for all your needs. What do you have to give? Whether it's your time, talents, or treasures, God loves to bless us when we give with a humble heart. Most importantly, give Jesus away! He's the best investment, a bottomless well, and the only One who can satisfy our souls. So,try finding a place where you can invest what you have in some way. Start small, or go big. Just start.
