The Name of the Lord

Good morning Brothers, Happy Friday! Praise God for waking you up this morning. God loves you. I love you. Take a moment to pray for someone today, God will hear and answer your prayers. Today is a very special day for me because it is my mom‘s 72nd birthday. Please take a moment to wish her a happy birthday!! For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Live as children of light. (Ephesians‬ ‭5‬:‭8‬) ‭Let’s sing, Anywhere with Jesus I can safely go, Anywhere He leads me in this world below; Anywhere without Him dearest joys would fade; Anywhere with Jesus I am not afraid. Anywhere, anywhere! Fear I cannot know; Anywhere with Jesus I can safely go! Today’s verse is from Proverbs 18:10. The name of the Lord is a fortified tower; the righteous run to it and are safe. When we call upon His name, we are trusting and believing that God is who He says He is. What other attributes of God's character come to mind when you think about Him? Take a moment to reflect on who He is, and thank Him for all that He's done for you. He is a safe place! You can reflect God's character by being a safe place for others. If they matter to Him, they should matter to you! It is always wise to run to God. God loves you. Have a blessed day.
