The Power of Forgiveness

Good morning Brothers, Happy Thursday! Praise God for waking you up this morning. God loves you. I love you. Jesus is at the door, will you invite him in? Continue to pray for those around you, God will hear and answer your prayers. Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.(John‬ ‭14‬:‭27‬). Let’s sing, The Lord's our rock, in Him we hide, A shelter in the time of storm; Secure whatever ill betide, A shelter in the time of storm. Mighty Rock in a weary land, Cooling shade on the burning sand, Faithful guide for the pilgrim band. A shelter in the time of storm. Today’s verse is from 1 John 1:9. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness. Is there something you need to confess? Or someone you need to forgive? Invite the Holy Spirit to show you your next step. When we choose to forgive others, we reflect the love of Jesus and become more like Him. Take a moment and thank God for forgiving your sins through Jesus' death and resurrection. Thank Him that you are now a child of God, free from the guilt of the past.
