The Way of Compassion

Good morning Brothers, Happy Thursday! Praise God for waking you up this morning. God loves you. I love you. Take a moment to reflect on something God has done for you. His mercies endure forever. No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.(‭‭Romans‬ ‭8‬:‭37‬-‭39‬). Let’s sing, Joyful, joyful, we adore Thee, God of glory, Lord of love; Hearts unfold like flow’rs before Thee, Hail Thee as the sun above. Melt the clouds of sin and sadness, Drive the dark of doubt away; Giver of immortal gladness, Fill us with the light of day! Today’s verse is from Matthew 9:37-38. Then he said to his disciples, The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field. Jesus didn't see problems to fix; He saw people to embrace. Today, let us reflect His compassion and love! We are to be bold in sharing the message of the cross with other people so that they can experience new life in Jesus. Let’s pray for more of God's people to engage in His work. Consider what small step you can take to begin sharing Jesus with other people. Ask your neighbors, coworkers, or friends what their spiritual background is so that you can begin having spiritual conversations. Pray for God to give you courage, and then step out and begin sharing with others. Also, be the answer to your own prayer! Look for opportunities to make a Kingdom-impact. God loves you.
