Witnesses
Good morning family, Happy Thursday. Praise God for waking you up this morning. God loves you. I love you. Take a moment to pray for someone in need, God will hear and answer your prayers. Let’s sing, I gotta home in gloryland that outshines the sun.(x3) Way beyond the blue. Do Lord, oh do Lord, oh do you remember me.(x3) Way beyond the blue. Today’s verse is from Exodus 20:16. You shall not give false testimony against your neighbor. This command is to remind us that what you say about people really matters. It is not just about the false testimony that people give in court, but also about the lies they tell about their neighbors and friends over the backyard fence and the rumors they whisper between the pews at church and hallways at school. The 9th commandment is to protect a person from harm based on untrue accusations. Jesus has prompted us to bear witness to the whole world, and His Spirit of truth gives us that witness. Is there someone you need to apologize to for lying about them? God takes the issue of justice very seriously! Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruits, Proverbs 18:21. Praise God for his love endures forever! God loves you. Have a blessed day
