Your Response Matters

Good morning Brothers. Happy Thursday. God loves you. I love you. Thank God for waking you up this morning. Praise Him from whom all blessings flow. Seek the Lord, all you humble of the land, you who do what he commands. Seek righteousness, seek humility; perhaps you will be sheltered on the day of the Lord’s anger. (Zephaniah‬ ‭2‬:‭3‬). Let’s sing, Sweet promise is given to all who believe; Behold I come quickly mine own to receive; Hold fast till I come; the danger is great; Sleep not as do others; be watchful, and wait. Hold fast till I come; sweet promise of heaven; The kingdom restored, to you shall be given! Come, enter my joy, sit down on my throne; Bright crowns are in waiting; hold fast till I come. Today’s verse is from James 1:19. My dear brothers and sisters, take note of this: Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry. When our attitudes and actions reflect God's character, others will be drawn to His love. So next time you're faced with something that makes you angry, take James' words to heart. Take time to temper your emotions, think through your feelings and arguments, and humbly pray for God to help you respond with kindness and grace. Practice being quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to get angry. God will help you. God loves you. Have a blessed day.
