Oh To Be Wise

Jesus said, no man takes my life I give it up freely. Jesus having the power to save His Life was willing to lose it, even endure suffering on the Cross. Why does God suffer? In pain do we come into this world and in pain do we go out of this world. Jesus reconciled these two in Himself so we can have the life He wanted us to have. Jesus having the power to get down from the Cross did not. Let us not get down from our cross but bear the sufferings of Christ and partake of the divine nature Christ has shared with us through His Death! Soon we will have our Deferred Living Hope, the Desire of all the Ages. Oh Jesus you are the gift of eternal life!
