Proverbs of a 43-yr. old man

LIMITLESS: THE PILL VS. THE INCORRUPTIBLE SEED OF CHRIST

In the movie Limitless, Eddie Morra discovers a pill called NZT that unlocks extraordinary mental abilities.

Suddenly, he can think faster, remember almost everything, process information at incredible speeds, and accomplish things he never imagined possible.

His confidence increases. His influence grows. Wealth and success become accessible.

But here's the problem: the pill enhances his abilities without changing his nature.

He can become more intelligent, more productive, and more successful while still being governed by the same sinful desires.

Greater ability doesn't necessarily produce greater righteousness!

NOW CONSIDER THE INCORRUPTIBLE SEED!

1 Peter 1:23 tells us that we are born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, through the living and enduring Word of God.

The NZT pill could enhance Eddie Morra's ability to navigate the world.

But the incorruptible seed of God's Word brings forth a new life that can bear the fruit of the Spirit!

It's not about being LIMITLESS in our ability to sin. It's about experiencing the abundant benefits of righteousness through the life of Christ within us!

The pill changes what a man can DO.

The incorruptible seed changes who a man IS.

And the fruit reveals the life growing within him.

THE SEED IS INCORRUPTIBLE.

THE FRUIT IS OF THE SPIRIT.

THE LIFE IS CHRIST!
