Oh To Be Wise-Meditations

When the enemy knew that He could touch Jesus He became blood thirsty. During Jesus whole ministry He was constantly get death threats. When He finished His First sermon they wanted to throw Him off a cliff but He slipped away. And He kept slipping away until all of the sudden Jesus handed Himself over to darkness. All of a sudden evil was allowed to torture, beat, and kill Jesus. Blind with jealous rage and anger The Enemy forgot the unless a kernel of wheat is planted in the soil and dies, it remains alone. But its death will produce many new kernels—a plentiful harvest of new lives. Those who love their life in this world will lose it. Those who care nothing for their life in this world will keep it for eternity. Anyone who wants to be my disciple must follow me, because my servants must be where I am. And the Father will honor anyone who serves me. Excerpts from John 12:24-25
