Proverbs of a 35 yr old man.
I walked by and saw the life of a lazy soul. The person had a heart that lacked common sense, of what is right and what is wrong. Idleness was growing everywhere! Callousness covered the ground of their heart to the point where feelings had became dull. The walls around the mind that were meant to protect against folly and evil. Were broken down fallen over, having the look of someone trampling over and stealing their peace of mind. I looked at this poor soul and thought to myself: a little pride here, a little lust there, a day of jealousy here, will bring me to a place of poverty. A spiritual poverty so poor that it will leave me with nothing to honor Jesus when He comes again for me. The thief broke in and took away this person's joy. The joy of salvation and left a piece of bread for idleness. God wants you to bear much fruit, a growing fruitful vineyard for His Glory. Beware of growing weeds, cut it out of your life.
