Oh To Be Wise Meditations

I lived the life of a vampire sucking the life out of people and living in the darkness of my sins. My only daylight was the forgiveness I received from others mature in Christ. I harbored a long list of unrighteous behaviors like malice, jealously, slander, heartlessness and ruthlessness. I was dead inside cold with no Holy Spirit flowing inside me. No heart for people, no care for nobody but my own beatless heart. Thanks be to God that the dead come back. Dead people will come to life again. All those sleeping in their graves will wake up and sing for joy! Like sparkling dew refreshes the earth, so the Lord will revive those who have been long dead in the trepasses of sin. How is it someone so dead in sin can bear to live in the Sun of Righteousness? Jesus you have raised me into new life. Death has no power to hold me in my coffin, the bed of destruction I have laid for myself. You have the keys of life and death, I am free from the night, now able to walk in the day. Meditate Is. 26:19
