So, do you want to see how God accepts someone right with himself? First, you must believe that he exists and that he is a rewarder of those who diligently seek him. If you believe in Jesus, it is credited to you as righteousness. But realize this, that even the demons believe in God and it makes them tremble with fear. They know that God lives and that he is all-powerful.They are in terror of God and certain of their own terrible end. They know that one day God will destroy them because they are not willing to obey him. Real faith unites people to God. It does not cause them to tremble but leads them to love God and do good works. Faith is in the heart and the mind. And it shows itself in a changed life that wants to obey God. Only through Jesus are we able to live this reality out. Having a real and tangible faith that can be seen by what we do. Our faith should lead us to do good things, if not, it is dead. You are like a body with no spirit. Without the spirit of Christ you can do nothing.
