Oh To Be Wise Meditations
Living in the dead sea. No spirit and life can be sustained here. Though the waters are clear and blue, nothing can survive in these empty waters. There is so much judgment and condemnation that your guilt, sin, and shame rise up to the top. Floating around reminding you of your failures. It is called the dead sea for a reason, so much salinity in the water that you cannot go deep into its waters of repentance. You are stuck in shallow water swallowing in much sorrow. Better to get out this dead life and enter into the river of God. In here your sins are thrown into the depts of sea, never to rise again or be remembered. Step into flowing and thriving waters that are teeming with life. Let the sea and everything in it shout his praise! Let the earth and all living things join in. Let the rivers clap their hands and the mountains sing together for joy! There is a river whose streams make glad the city of God, The holy dwelling places of the Most High. Have faith in Jesus, and you will have life-giving water flowing from deep inside you, just as the Scriptures say. Time to live under grace and enjoy relationship with Jesus. You have lived a dead life long enough, just wetting your feet and maybe only up to your knees. Jesus wants to wash all of you or have no part with him. Tell the Lord as you dive into the waters of Grace, wash all of me. My feet, my hands, and my head as well! Meditate Rev. 22:1-2
