Oh To Be Wise Meditations

God is wholehearted. He is completely and sincerely devoted to our lives. He is determined to mold us into the image of Christ through his grace and truth. His love is enthusiastic, wanting to forgive and pour out His Spirit upon us. A spirit of adoption stirring within us telling us we are children of God, filled with his power and love. Totally submitted to Jesus we must leave no stone unturned in our lives. Striving to mature in the areas of our lives Holy Spirit is bringing to our attention. The Lord's Spirit has come to proclaim good news to the poor in spirit. He announces freedom for prisoners of evil desire, to give sight to those blind in doubt, to free everyone who suffers because of sins destruction. This is the year the Lord has chosen. He is willing that no one should perish in their sins, but find grace in their time of need. It is God that girds us with strength, and makes our way perfect. For we all go wrong in a number of things. If a man never makes a slip in his talk, then he is a complete man and able to keep all his body in control. With Christ life in us even our the words that we speak bring peace to us and protect us from folly. Jesus sees us lying in the bed of our demise and has compassion for us. He asks us every day, every hour if we want to be made whole? There are so many things that we allow to get in the way, preventing us from having a relationship with Christ. But he is calling out to us in our pain and struggle to get up, pick up our mat and walk in humble faith with him. Lets be made whole and give God our whole lives devoted in his purposes. May God himself, the God who makes everything holy and whole, make you holy and whole, put you together spirit, soul, and body and keep you fit for the coming of our Master, Jesus Christ. The One who called you is completely dependable. If he said it, he'll do it.
