Giving thanks touches everyone. It turns out hearts and minds away from our preoccupations, our own false sense of control, and helps us recognizes the fact

that everything we are and all we have comes directly from him. What are you burdened with today? What trial is challenging your faith today? Turn your attention to praise to fend off worry. Becoming more aware of God's presence with every word of praise. Take a moment, and blow hot air into hand. Realize this as you feel the breath of life, God's love is better than life. Give thanks for the love of Christ, because He touches everything in our lives. The Alpha and Omega of our faith. Give thanks.  Study Ps. 63:3
