Proverbs of a 36 yr old man

Halfhearted. Don't be that person. That person that was heading in the right direction but sold themselves short because of fear and comfort. Jesus is calling his followers to walk on oceans but many are content to walk on self righteous puddles. Wisdom does not belong to the halfhearted, it belongs to those who have given themselves fully to it. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom. When a person fears the Lord they do not look to cut corners but dedicate themselves to doing right. They do not go halfway with the Lord, they go all the way. If you truly fear the Lord you will give your best, knowing that there is no turning back to sinful living. You have burned the ships that were meant for retreat, it's time to grow a strong relationship with Christ. You are invested wholeheartedly to being a real living sacrifice.
