Oh To Be Wise Meditations

Everything written in the Scriptures was written to teach us about righteous living and how it all points to Jesus Christ our Lord. It is for our own benefit and learning that we study scripture. Without it we are barely good people bound to sin and death. Everything done on the face the earth apart from Gods wisdom is meaningless. Like grass here today and burned up tomorrow are the works of mankind. So many dreams and passions die when someone dies. Not so with God who through one seed produced many. Through Christ death Gods wisdom was on display. His dreams and passions for humanity were raised from the dead and brought to life in the Spirit for every man, woman, and child! All these things that happened in Scriptures are an example for all believers. They were written down as a warning for us. For we live at a time when the end is about to come. Take courage, through patience and encouragement which the Scriptures give us, we can have a living hope that doesn't just change the world. No, the power of the Gospel told in the Scriptures is changing you in the process. Meditate Ps. 102:18
