Proverbs of a 36 yr old man

Destroyed by your freedom. Freedom is available, but freedom is fragile. There is nothing you can do to make God love you more or less. Not more performance that leads to burnout, but more of a receptive heart that leads to burning bright. We must learn from Christ what it means to be fully alive and free. He has set us free indeed if we choose to walk in it. Gone are the chains of regret and doubt. We are free to live and move and have our being with the Lords blessing. There is a catch though, don't use your freedom as an excuse to do whatever you want. Freedom is available, but freedom is fragile. It can be easily destroyed by taking advantage of the Grace of God. What was freely given by Christ can be easily trampled on by sin and selfishness. Picture your freedom as a tender glass vase with roses and living water inside. Receive it, smell it, and be watered by it. But avoid having careless hands with a prideful heart. Very easily you could knock over the vase of grace, yes, crush and grieve the Holy Spirit. Dont be destroyed by freedom. Protect it so you can live in it. Study Gal. 5:13, John 8:36
