Oh To Be Wise Meditations

The invisible hand of God. Watch how God holds all things together through the power of the Gospel. What looks to be broken is held together strongly. What looks to be fallen apart is actually being held secure. God's Son was before all else, and by him everything is held together. The Son radiates God’s own glory and expresses the very character of God, and he sustains everything by the mighty power of his command. When he had cleansed us from our sins, he sat down in the place of honor at the right hand of the majestic God in heaven.

Satan, who is the god of this world, has blinded the minds of those who don’t believe. They are unable to see the glorious light of the Good News. They don’t understand this message about the glory of Christ, who is the exact likeness of God. Both riches and honor come from Jesus, and He rules over all. In his hand are power and might, and in his hands all things are made great and give strength to all. On the Cross The Lord Jesus had his hands pierced by nail and hammer. His fate seemed sealed as he hung between heaven and earth. But the invisible hands of God tore through the temple curtains and brought access to God for all mankind. Surely the hands of the Lord are not to short to save. Part of the mystery of the Gospel is how the invisible hands of God come into the hearts of man and save them. He was pierced for our transgressions and bears the nail scarred hands even now. Praise God its through those hands that the Holy Spirit comes and renews sinful hearts. The invisible hands of God are moving throughout this world. I pray he touches you and that you feel his scars for you. No more doubt only faith in the one who gave his life for you. Let him hold you up with his righteous right hand. He's got the whole world in his hands.
