Oh To Be Wise Meditations

I will do everything the Lord has said; I will obey. This echoes from every sinners heart when they hear the law of Gods word. Its so holy and so wise, so high above our wisdom that its a no brainer that we should follow precept upon precept. But once the law of Gods word hits my heart it produces sin in me. Makes me want to cut corners and figure a way around a holy boundary. The law is perfect and good but I am not. Sinners want to obey the law because it is holy and just, but the sin and the flesh have led many away into strange doctrines. Believers in Christ realize they cannot do anything holy apart from Him. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me is the Christians only hope to obey the Living Word of God. Praise God that everything the Old Covenant foreshadowed has been fulfilled in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I worship in Spirit and Truth, knowing that everything the Lord has said, He will cause me to obey. Meditate Heb. 10:16
