Proverbs of a 37 yr old man

There are conditions. No one can please God without faith, for whoever comes to God must have faith that God exists and rewards those who seek him. And because we have these great and precious promises in Christ, we are called to cleanse ourselves from everything that can defile our body or spirit. To work towards complete holiness because we fear God. Many people want the blessings of God without living in its promises. Nothing is free except salvation. And that was bought at a high price, the blood of Jesus. There are conditions to this christian life. There is no name it and claim it, only live it and enjoy it. Faith without works is useless. Was not our father Abraham considered righteous for what he did when he offered his son Isaac on the altar? You see that his faith and his actions were working together, and his faith was made complete by what he did. If you are wise and understand God’s ways, prove it by living an honorable life, doing good works with the humility that comes from wisdom. God made great and marvelous promises, so his nature would become part of us. Then we could escape our evil desires and the corrupt influences of this world. There are conditions to receiving the promises of God. So try to live at peace with everyone! Live a clean life. If you don't, you will never see the Lord.
