Oh To Be Wise Meditations
How quickly something you thought was knotted has become loose. What you that was secure and held together, has become undone and reattached. It’s time we tie up loose ends and loose fitting things in our lives. That is how we lose control over our lives as we begin to drift away from God. All it takes is stop walking by faith and focus on only what you can see. Look, you totally missed that your shoes were untied. The enemy of our souls got you lazy in your faith and you have tripped over your own self, a stumbling block. Let’s get up tie our shoes, get things secure again and walk this life with Christ hand in hand. Jesus holds all things together, the whole world is in his hands. How much more should take the time to make sure things are knotted correctly and check daily. Loose living is only going to get you farther away from your relationship with Jesus. Yet God prolongs the life of the mighty by his power; they rise up when they despair of life. He gives them security, and they are supported, and his eyes are upon their ways. They are exalted a little while, and then are gone; they are brought low and gathered up like all others; they are cut off like the heads of grain. If it is not so, who will prove me a liar and show that there is nothing in what I say? Even, those who seem to have life secure are unstable in all their ways. Kingdoms rise and fall from the loose ends they that were tightened. Lets make a tight knot right here where we are loose. Let’s double knot our hearts to the truth of Gods word so that do not stray far from it. For the LORD is our judge, our lawgiver, and our king. He will care for us and save us. The enemies’ sails hang loose on broken masts with useless tackle. Their treasure will be divided by the people of God. Even the lame will take their share! Then the lame will leap like a deer and the mute tongue will shout for joy. For waters will gush forth in the wilderness, and streams in the desert. The enemy of our souls has lost control of the Earth. And now the meek will inherit it, praise be to Jesus Christ our LORD.
