Oh To Be Wise Meditations

What a gift to be heard, to be understood, to be paid attention to. To be given an opportunity to share what's on your heart. Whether it be funny, witty, or insightful. Just the chance to be listened too and understood is a rewarding thing you can do for somebody. So many people, so many ideas, so many problems never get heard and fall by the wayside. Give a listening ear and reading eyes, that is a blessing worth more than earthly mammon. Let the wise listen to these proverbs and become even wiser. Let those with understanding receive guidance by exploring the meaning in these proverbs and parables, the words of the wise and their riddles. Fear of the LORD is the foundation of true knowledge, but fools despise wisdom and discipline.
