Oh To Be Wise Meditations
Prayer is the ultimate test of faith. When you finished praying you have to take God as his word. Trusting in his promises and blessings, and in the his character and nature. The prayer of faith is what believers are called to do. If any of you need wisdom, you should ask God, and it will be given to you. God is generous and won't correct you for asking. But when you ask him, be sure that your faith is in God alone. Do not waver, for a person with divided loyalty is as unsettled as a wave of the sea that is blown and tossed by the wind. Such people should not expect to receive anything from the Lord. Such a person is double-minded and unstable in all they do. And it is impossible to please God without faith. Anyone who wants to come to him must believe that God exists and that he rewards those who sincerely seek him.
