Ever see a fire truck loud and blazing racing to a fire. Of course, and you are expected to move out of the way and make room for them to pass them. Its the same thing with an ambulance, move over because help is on the way. Imagine if you disregarded them or were ignorant. The law would take that to account because there is a price to pay for treating with contempt those who risk there lives to save others. What are the Penalties? If an emergency vehicle is trying to get through traffic quickly and has their sirens on and a driver does not slow down or move over for them to pass, the driver can be charged with a violation of the mover over law. Penalties regarding Florida’s move over law include a fine of up to $500 and three points added to a person’s license. Additional penalties include a person getting their license suspended for accumulating too many points on their license and a person’s insurance rate increasing due to the moving violation of not abiding by the move over law. I share this info with you to remind you that you should have a reverent fear of the LORD. Move over to His Word. Pay attention to the Spirit of Christ speaking to you in your heart. Many of us have trampled the blood of Christ flippantly and do not respect the holy work of salvation. We are in sanctification daily, be alert to God moving in your life. Do you not fear Me?" declares the LORD. "Do you not tremble before Me, the One who set the sand as the boundary for the sea, an enduring barrier it cannot cross? The waves surge, but they cannot prevail. They roar but cannot cross it. God is greatly to be feared in the assembly of the saints, and to be had in reverence of all them that are about him. Because we have these promises, dear friends, let us cleanse ourselves from everything that can defile our body or spirit. And let us work toward complete holiness because we fear God. Live like a fire truck is behind and let God be God in your life.
