Oh To Be Wise Meditations
Amazing how our pleasures are so shallow and our sorrows so deep. The LORD will not let the righteous go hungry, but he denies the wicked what they crave. When calamity comes, the wicked are brought down, but even in death the righteous seek refuge in God. Our sorrows become great and too heavy to bear in this life. We have God in Christ to help lift our burdens as we journey through this life. LORD Jesus, You make known to me the path of life; you will fill me with joy in your presence, with eternal pleasures at your right hand.
