Oh To Be Wise Meditations
If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. Amen. We need to let it all out and confess our hearts to the LORD. I have tried to hide my sins like other people do, concealing my guilt in my heart. I have feared the crowd or the contempt of the masses, so that I kept quiet and stayed indoors. Hide your face from my sins and blot out all my iniquity. Guilt consumes us when we don't look to the LORD for mercy and grace. Create in me a clean heart, O God. Renew a loyal spirit within me. Do not banish me from your presence, and don’t take your Holy Spirit from me. You forgive the guilt of your people Jesus— yes, you cover all their sins.
