No wonder so many people can’t believe in God! They gladly honor each other, but do not care about the honor that comes from the one who alone is God. We must strive to outdo one another in showing honor and respect to whom it is due. That will bring glory to Jesus name who deserves all the praise and glory.
Whatever you say or do should be done in the name of the Lord Jesus, as you give thanks to God the Father because of him. Whoever tends a fig tree will eat its fruit, and whoever looks after his master will be honored. Look after the LORD's work on earth and He will honor us in heaven.
