Avoiding a fight is a mark of honor; only fools insist on quarreling. Interfering in someone else’s argument is as foolish as yanking a dog’s ears. Just because the dog is licking your hand right now doesn't mean it isn't going to bite you later. Do all that you can to live in peace with everyone.
