Proverbs of a 37 yr old man
Its been said to never hide anything from your preacher, your doctor, or your lawyer. How much more the LORD your God, where nothing in all creation is hidden from Him. Everything is naked and exposed before his eyes, and he is the one to whom we are accountable. People who conceal their sins will not prosper, but if they confess and turn from them, they will receive mercy. Jesus, when I finally confessed all my sins to you and stopped trying to hide my guilt. I said to myself, “I will confess my rebellion to the LORD.” And you forgave me! All my guilt is gone. Therefore, let all the godly pray to you while there is still time, that they may not drown in the floodwaters of judgment.
