Hey, hold the line. God is trying to do something in our midst. Some people have given up the habit of meeting for worship, but we must not do that. We should keep on encouraging each other, especially since you know that the day of the Lord's coming is getting closer. Every part of the body of Christ is important, from the janitor to the overseers. Soldiers of the Cross need to be devoting themselves to the teachings of scripture, to the fellowship, and to the breaking of bread and prayer. Again, hold the line. God is tightening nerve, sinew, and marrow, moistening the bones of his body. Be careful then, dear brothers and sisters. Make sure that your own hearts are not evil and unbelieving, turning you away from the living God. You must warn each other every day, while it is still “today,” so that none of you will be deceived by sin and hardened against God. For if we are faithful to the end, trusting God just as firmly as when we first believed, we will share in all that belongs to Christ. Many have lost connection with the head and are no longer part of Christ. Yes, He is the head of the whole body and gives the body its strength. He uses its joints and muscles to hold it together, as it grows by the power of God. Hold the line, God is growing something special in you. Amen, the image of Jesus.
