Proverbs of a 39 yr old man
I saw a man on canoe streaming down a river. Barely putting any effort with his paddles. The river was moving so quickly because of the wind moving the waters along. It’s on those hot and humid days where there is no wind that it makes the heart and body work harder. With every paddle and stroke you still make it upstream. Praise God for the days were The Spirit flows so good within you and through you that you don’t have time for regret and shame. The waters of grace are moving and you are going along with it as you feel abundant joy through peaceful waters. But also thank God for the stagnate waters where we don’t feel the pull of Holy Spirit within. It forces us to draw closer to God where He in turned draws closer to us. With just a-little momentum and faith you would be amazed how the waters of grace will start to flow and stir within you. No matter where you are on the rivers of life, mercy and grace will follow you all the days of your life. Remember to always follow the Spirit of Christ who makes glad the city of God with His living precious waters. Say today: I have chosen the way of faithfulness; I have set my heart on your laws.
