Proverbs of a 39 yr old man
Proverbs of a 39 yr old man
Give a man what he is worth. Yes, the laborer is worthy of his hire. For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life through Christ Jesus our Lord. What is man that you are mindful of him, and the son of man that you care for him? You have made them a little lower than the angels and crowned them with glory and honor. You made them rulers over the works of your hands; you put everything under their feet: all flocks and herds, and the animals of the wild, the birds in the sky, and the fish in the sea, all that swim the paths of the seas. They were once beggars but now they are royalty. They were prisoners and now they are running free. LORD Jesus on the Cross you showed your value and worth for lost humanity. Your precious blood covers and your righteousness clothes us. I hear you excitedly speak about the sons and daughters of God: Quick! Bring the best robe and put it on him. Put a ring on his finger and sandals on his feet. Bring the fattened calf and kill it. Let’s have a feast and celebrate. For these sons and daughters of mine were dead and are alive again; they were lost and are found. For you know that it was not with perishable things such as silver or gold that you were redeemed from the empty way of life handed down to you from your ancestors, but with the precious blood of Christ, a lamb without blemish or defect.
