The Green Ninja. This is a cartoon character in a kids movie called Ninjago. I watched it many years ago when my son was young and that character always spoke to me. So the green ninja was a legendary figure said to be the strongest of all ninjas. Destined to defeat evil in a final climatic battle for the fate of Ninjago. I will spare you all the details, but what makes this story great is the difference between the green ninja from all the others ninjas he fights together with against evil. Lloyd, the green ninja is frustrated to learn his element is just "green" while Kai has fire, Cole has earth, Jay has lightning, Zane has ice, and Nya has water. By the end of the movie Lloyd realizes what his green ninja super power is. That "green" means life and that his element is what connects the ninjas and his family together. I have always felt like the green ninja. And I know that there are many people out there that feel the same way. They don't know what there gifts and talents are. Yea sure they do have passions and interests they pursue, but may not be the best at it getting no affirmation from people. While still others wear there gifts and talents on their sleeves and are actually good at it. Receiving praise and honor as it confirms their gifting giving them purpose. I want to encourage you today if you feel like you don't have any gifts and talents, there is always the Green Ninja. There is something beautiful about the anointing of Christ that flows in each and everyone of us. How Holy Spirit inspires us to share our hearts with each other and edify one another with our spiritual gifts. You don't have to be a rocket scientist to serve the LORD and His Kingdom. Jesus has given us his life and resurrection so we can bring spirit and life everywhere we go. In a world where survival of fittest seems to dominant in human culture. The culture of the Kingdom fits back saying, its the meek that will inherit the Earth. Its the peace makers that will be recognized as the sons and daughters of God. The world chases after signs and wonders, and they do have their place in ministry and in gifting. But there is nothing more holy and perfect than the bond of peace and unity found in the Holy Spirit. Its a precious anointing we should all desire because its rooted in love, which is the greatest virtue of them all. If you feel like you have no worth and gifts to share. Remember the green ninja, who is the strongest of all ninjas because of the life and power that lives inside you, able to connect and keep the family of God together. By his divine power, God has given us everything we need for living a godly life. We have received all of this by coming to know him, the one who called us to himself by means of his marvelous glory and excellence. Through my humble green ninja mentality its amazing how God showed me my gifts and talents. One of which is my writing. I went from not being able to write a sentence to now people complain I write too much! lol. Praise God! I can't help it sometimes for when I write I feel Gods pleasure. I pray you feel Gods pleasure as you learn in humility the power of Holy Spirit in your life. Just be in God presence and share his life in you with others. Watch how Holy Spirit will use you for the glory of God in Christ.
