Proverbs of a 39 yr old man
It is not cool. It is not cool how people invent new ways to do evil. Sin begets sin and consequences get worse and worse in a society. It is not cool to kill steal lie and destroy one another for earthly mammon and pride. It is not cool to steal another man’s wife. Or to have many women at a time. It is not cool to make money off of people with addictions and problems. It is not cool to take advantage of someone who you see has a weakness and exploit it. To cheat someone even if the opportunity arises and that person has a lot of money. It is not cool to judge someone by what others say about them. You get to know there heart first and give them a chance. It is not cool to make fun of people with disabilities. Leave it to the comedian who makes a living off that, those who reflect the thoughts of the current culture. It is a sin to belittle one’s neighbor; blessed are those who help the poor. Do not those who plot evil go astray? But those who plan what is good find love and faithfulness. Even on his bed he plots wickedness; he sets himself on a path that is not good; he fails to reject evil. Do not devise evil against your neighbor, for he trustfully dwells beside you. The good man obtains favor from the LORD, but the LORD condemns a man who devises evil. Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness, who put bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter. Woe to those who are wise in their own eyes and clever in their own sight. LORD, the boastful cannot stand in Your presence; You hate all workers of iniquity.
