Oh To Be Wise Meditations

Repentance is when you separate yourself from your sin and say, God this sin is in me, I hate and I want you to help me destroy it. Rebellion is when you say, God I am going to hold on to this sin and so God destroys you along with it. Either way God is doing away with sin in this world like a refiners fire. The refining pot is for silver and the furnace is for gold, but the Lord tests hearts. The wise will fall so that they may be refined, purified, and made spotless until the time of the end. Jesus is sitting at the Right Hand of God as refiner and purifer of souls. He has come to bring your life to boil. To purge out sin and evil in you and me. I will be as white as snow because of Jesus now and forever. It is painful when God brings your life to a boil, but once purified we are filled with the gold and silver of His Presence. On the day where the last dross of silver is removed from our hearts. Praise God we will shine like a pure and holy vessel in His Presence. Our hearts and minds resembling the Image of Christ, being presented as an offering to the Lord in righteousness.  Meditate Malachi 4:1-2
