Proverbs of a 36 yr old man

Like a trampled spring and a polluted well is a righteous man who gives way before the wicked. When a good person gives in to the desires of the wicked, it's like dumping garbage in a stream of clear water. Why are we not satisfied with eating in the best of green pastures? Even trampling down what we don't eat instead of giving to the hungry soul! We drink of the clearest of waters and muddy what we don't drink! It should break our hearts when a good person falls into the pressures of sin and death. Joining with the wicked in their course of living and forsaking the ways of righteousness. If only they could see that they are trampling the very precious blood that flowed from Calvary. How much more severely do you think someone deserves to be punished who has trampled the Son of God underfoot, who has treated as an unholy thing the blood of the covenant that sanctified them, and who has insulted the Spirit of grace? Look at your hands and feet they are red with judgment. Repent and be washed by the grace of Christ. Do not shrink back and be destroyed, be of those who have faith to preserve their souls. Study Heb. 10:29
