Spiritually Age. As we physically age we also spiritually age. Getting older but wiser, getting shrewder but more humble. The things you use to do physically you can't do as fast anymore. And the things of the heart you realize consequence more having lived longer. You now pay careful attention to how you live more, not as unwise people but as wise. Acting like people with good sense and not like fools. Let's not be discouraged and lose heart in the aging process. Though our bodies are dying, our spirits are being renewed every day. Maturing in our faith and attitude about life, we must pursue living hope to the very end of our days. Spiritually aging like Caleb in the bible, where when he was 85 years old. He still was as strong as the day he left Egypt. Leading his clan to do what few Israelites did. May we be as strong in mind and body as Caleb was for the glory of God.
