Oh To Be Wise Meditations

Sin makes you weak. Zapping you of your energy and strength for the Lord. Leaving you susceptible to folly and regret. Distracted by every little fleshly desire that comes our way, unable to chose what is right because we are consumed with sin in our lives. Lord, I need strength of mind, strength of heart, strength of soul to live in righteous power. I want to speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves, for the rights of all who are destitute. To defend the weak and the fatherless; uphold the cause of the poor and the oppressed. But how can I with a heart that is divided in desires? Everyday I must submit my heart to God so I can be filled. The Holy Spirit is a well within me just waiting for me to open the spout. Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be filled. Make me strong in faith so I can do your will oh God. Sins makes me weak but you are strong. Jesus you are the strength of my life. Meditate Rom. 7:25
