Oh To Be Wise Meditations

More time in prayer less time in worry and doubt. More time in Scripture and less time in the world and its demands. More time in caring for others showing love and respect, and less time pleasing myself with my own interests. How will you know the will of God for your life if you are not in prayer and supplication constantly? We must come near to God, and he will come near to us. Through relationship with Jesus, we will clean up our lives and avoid being rebellious sinners. Purifying our hearts by not being people who can't make up their minds about holy living. Lets get to the place where we offer prayers everywhere. Raising our hands in prayer with confidence in Christ continual cleansing in us. And putting aside anger and any quarrels that we have with anyone. Oh Lord, listen to my prayer for mercy as I cry out to you for help, as I lift my hands toward your holy sanctuary. I know I have an advocate to the Father, a High Priest that can stand on my behalf. My time in prayer is well spent and invested in because I know Christ!
