Proverbs of a 37 yr old man

Spiritual Territory. In Scripture the body is called a temple for the LORD. On the outside it looks like a mere bag of flesh and bones, but to God your body is an unoccupied space. What people do with their bodies has evil effects in the natural world around us, but many do not realize it first started in the spiritual world. The spiritual territory we give up to the world and its desires, even more specific to the devil and his demons, strips us of our freedom and keeps us in bondage to sin and death. Be on your guard and stay awake. Your enemy, the devil, is like a roaring lion, sneaking around to find someone to attack. Let us not be outwitted by Satan being ignorant of his designs. Do not let sin reign in your mortal body so that you obey its evil desires. Christ carried the burden of our sins in his body. He was nailed to the cross, so we would stop sinning and start living right. By his cuts and bruises we are healed. God lived among us as a man. This man was Jesus. His body is the new Temple and He is the new place where God and humans meet. The Kingdom of God is already here and is taking over spiritual territory that is ravaged by sin and death. One soul, one body at a time God's presence is restoring a new heaven and new earth. Through the revelation of Jesus Christ, we know now why Jesus called himself the temple. Jesus’s body became the temple of God by the Spirit’s indwelling and by uniting the human body to the divine nature in the person of Christ. By our Spiritual union with Christ, we become the body of Christ, the temple of the living God. In our body, we have direct access to God as temples. As we offer these jars of clay bodies as a living sacrifices to God, we must diligently keep the unity of the Spirit with the peace that binds us. For there is one body and one Spirit, just as you have been called to one glorious hope for the future. There is one Lord, one faith, one baptism, one God and Father of all, who is over all, in all, and living through all. Study Rom. 6:13 https://biblehub.com/romans/6-13.htm
