Oh To Be Wise Meditations
People don't change no matter what costume they put on. I heard that recently and it spoke to me very deeply. Am I putting up a front when I say I am a new creature in Christ? Or am I just putting up a front to look holy before people and before God? Do people really change or maybe just a little bit. Man, I really want to change and I want others to see it as well. Its so easy to fake it, but real change few really get there. The more we put on Christ the more we are truly making strides towards real change. Let the Lord Jesus Christ be as near to you as the clothes you wear. Then you won't try to satisfy your selfish desires. Put on the new self, which is being renewed in knowledge in the image of its Creator.
