Oh To Be Wise Meditations
Groomed. To prepare or train someone for a particular purpose or activity. Every day we are being groomed for a purpose and a time. God has a plan for you and so does this world. The word groomed gets a negative connotation but lets look at it at in a spiritual perspective. The more we give our lives over to Jesus as LORD we are becoming like Him. Its a training of the Holy Spirit in us preparing us for Gods time and purpose. Have nothing to do with godless myths and old wives’ tales; rather, train yourself to be godly. For physical training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things, holding promise for both the present life and the life to come. That time in the Spirit is so valuable to our spiritual growth and maturity. For such a time as this is what God in Christ is trying to prepare us for. Continue in your faith in the LORD, He is grooming you for great things.
